Irene is the lead board certified behavior analyst at Positive Steps ABA. She received her master's degree from Ball State University in 2015. She also studied and took ABA course work at Florida Institute of Technology. Irene has been working in the field and with individuals who have ASD and other related disorders since 2012. Before working with Positive Steps, Irene worked as a direct care worker, RBT, and BCBA/Clinical Director in clinics across the state.
When Irene is not working, she enjoys playing fetch with her goldendoodle ,Theodore (who is also a favorite of some of the kids she works with), as well as practicing yoga.
Cassie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and her masters degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in behavior analysis from Saint Joseph’s University. Cassie has been working with children on the autism spectrum since she was a teenager babysitting for a family whose son was on the spectrum. She graduated college and worked on the children’s behavioral unit of a residential treatment facility with varying disorders and disabilities.
Cassie became an RBT in 2014 in the city of New Orleans before moving back to Brevard County and decided to go back to school for her masters to become a BCBA. She has worked as an RBT, lead RBT, BCBA and lead BCBA, so she has a wide variety of experience through the years. Cassie has worked with children on the spectrum in their homes, clinic, community, schools, and even on cruise ships!
When Cassie is not working, she loves to be at the beach, on a boat, scuba diving, going to theme parks, traveling the world, and raising her three amazing boys! Fun fact: Cassie is a new twin mom!
Lacey became a BCBA in December of 2020 and has worked in the field since her move to Florida back in 2017. She loves how each day is different while working with the kiddos and finds their smiles and overcoming of obstacles the most rewarding part of her job.
She also loves working with our hardworking and creative team to help better serve the families with who we work.
Hayley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2016 serving children and teenagers diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and their families. She received her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology and her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Florida (go Knights!) She has a diverse background with experience providing ABA services in schools, clinics, hospitals, in-home, and in the community.
Hayley was born and raised in Brevard County, but worked as a BCBA braving the cold weather for a few years in northwest Ohio (but Brevard is her happy place!) Outside of working, some of Hayley’s favorite things are playing the flute, going to the beach, cooking, working out, and spending time at home with her family.
Jennifer has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since July of 2021 and has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2016. Jennifer began working with children with disabilities in 2011 in the public school system. In 2016, Jennifer began her ABA career as a behavior technician and became an RBT in 2017. Jennifer graduated with her master’s degree in psychology with a concentration in applied behavior analysis in November of 2020 from Purdue Global University.
Jennifer has worked in a variety of settings such as the public school system, in-home, and clinic. Jennifer has also worked with a wide range of children aged from 2 years old to as old as high schoolers. Jennifer fell in love with applied behavior analysis because of witnessing firsthand how clients were progressing. Each day is different in the best way possible.
When Jennifer is not working, she loves cuddling with her 1 ½ year old Scottish terrier, Harley, lifting weights at the gym, jogging, playing basketball, going to the beach or pool, and buying shoes.
Julianne is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2017 working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She has received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management and is currently working towards her PhD in Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology (FIT).
Julianne has experience working with children and families within the clinic, home, school, and in the community. Julianne was born and raised in Miami and has lived in Brevard County since 2019. She is fluent in English and Spanish as her family is from Cuba and Spain.
When Julianne is not working or studying, you can find her dancing, cooking, travelling, hanging out with friends and family, or taking her dog, Luna, to the beach!
Chloe has worked in the field of ABA since 2020. Chloe works with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Chloe has her Bachelor degree in ABA from Florida institute of Technology. Chloe is currently finishing her Master Degree in ABA on December 16th at Florida institute of Technology.
Chloe has a wide range of experience working with children in-home, clinic, community and in school settings. Chloe looks forward to becoming a BCBA. Chloe is born and raised in Minnesota; however, she moved down to Brevard County, Florida in 2014.
When Chloe is not working and studying, you can catch her trying new restaurants (foodie), traveling around the world/state, and reading variety of different books.
